Acupuncture session includes an anamnesis | diagnosis | treatment | lifestyle counseling.
Recommended sessions for chronic pains: 10 sessions; with 1 to 2 sessions per week.

Please eat a light snack an hour before your appointment.
Do NOT brush your tongue. A brushed tongue can falsify the diagnosis.
Avoid drinking caffeine for at least two hours before your appointment.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Refrain from overexertion, intense exercise and alcohol for up to 6 hours after your session.
Write down any questions or concerns you have and name them at your next treatment.
Get enough rest and drink enough water to complete your treatment optimally.
