Treatment fee/registration

With the submitted registration you are bindingly registered with us, you can cancel your registration: 
Up to 48 hours before the start of the treatment, we will reimburse 100% of the fee and the treatment will not be charged.
Between 48 and 24 hours before the start of the treatment, we will reimburse 50% of the treatment fee.
Less than 24 hours before the start of the treatment, the full treatment session fee will be charged.

Please read everything carefully. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you may leave the site at any time.

MingMen Acupuncture Services

MingMen Acupuncture® (Carrer del Bell Puig 44, 07181, Calvià) offers Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine treatments in Mallorca. Further information and contact details can be found at the bottom of the document.

2.1. MingMen Acupuncture Services

We offer Facial, Body and Ear Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine counselling and nutritional counselling, all of which are available on site upon registration. Treatments are for relaxation and self-care, but are not a substitute for medical therapy or treatment. Detailed questions will be answered directly and physical complaints will be asked in advance. Science confirms the positive influence of acupuncture on body, mind and soul.

General conditions

The MingMenAcupuncture® GTC are the only valid and applicable terms and conditions and constitute the basis and agreement between the operator and the user. 

3.2. Online payment service

Online billing for the purchase of a class or session is done by the user registering with the online payment service, entering their basic details and paying the fee.  

3.3. Access to the MingMenAcupuncture website

www.mingmen.es the operator offers a lot of useful information about treatments, prices, tips and tricks for everyday life, nutrition and much more. The information is freely accessible but the general terms and conditions of the operator apply, the user has to pay the costs of the online services.

3.4 Design of MingMenAcupuncture services

MingMenAcupuncture® reserves the right to freely design and continuously develop all topics, contents and concepts. We reserve the right to modify, shorten, extend or even completely discontinue all services and information. The operator is completely free to decide how, when, where and why he provides his services himself.

3.5 Copyright

It is pointed out that the images, texts, graphics, layout of the MingMenAcupuncture® Internet pages website, and in particular the photos and logos contained in these Internet pages are subject to copyright. The rights of use of the content and design are the exclusive property of the operator. Infringements will be prosecuted civilly and civilly as well as criminally.

3.6 Liability information

3.8 The user

3.8.1 The user as consumer

When booking treatment, advice or purchasing a product, the user declares himself to be a consumer (§ 13 BGB). As a natural person, he enters into a legal transaction that can be assigned neither to an independent activity nor to a commercial activity.

3.8.2 Self-employed user

If the user as an entrepreneur (§ 14 BGB) wishes to book a service or products, different conditions apply, which the operator will of course be happy to provide on request (upon request). For information: an entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a company with legal capacity, acting in the exercise of a commercial or independent activity at the conclusion of the transaction.

3.9 Costs

The costs of the operator's treatments and products are free offers. With the agreement of the terms and conditions and the purchase (treatment, advice, product) a binding purchase contract is concluded. With the decision to purchase, the user only acknowledges the GTC of MingMenAcupuncture® as legally binding.

3.10 Confirmation by e-mail

Once the user has initiated the booking, he will receive an e-mail confirmation of his binding purchase decision. The automatic e-mail confirmation of the booking process does not constitute a binding acceptance of the purchase decision by the operator, but serves as information that MingMenAcupuncture® has received the booking request. Within the following 1-3 working days, the user will receive a confirmation of the order (booking notification), only now the purchase contract is concluded and considered finalised with the receipt of payment.

3.11 Payment

Treatment and counselling can be paid for conveniently on site at the studio, either in cash or via paypal or bizum.

3.12 Prices / Vouchers

The operator's prices already include value added tax and payment in instalments is not possible, nor are there any trial or withdrawal periods. The possibility of offsetting or combining special offers (special discounts) with the redemption of a voucher after its expiry date is possible, provided that the operator is notified in advance of the expiry date via the customer service contact provided and the voucher is redeemed within the specified period of validity. 

3.13 Validity of bonus cards and vouchers

Unused bonus cards or vouchers and booked fixed or advisory treatments expire after the expiry date. Bonus cards are not transferable, 5 x Bonus cards are valid for 3 months after purchase and vouchers are valid for one year.

3.14 Holidays and illness

In case of illness or other prevention, missed dates can only be made up within the period of validity of the treatment or the voucher card and if sufficient capacity is available at another institution.

3.15 Withdrawal / Cancellation of treatment and advice
Cancellation can be made via our booking system. In case of cancellation at least 24 hours before the appointment no charges will be applied, in case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment, 100% of the treatment or counselling fee will be charged. 100% will be charged.
For a waiver, cancellation, notice of termination, an email to info@mingmen.es is sufficient.

3.16 Reminder / Fees
For bank transfers, the date of actual receipt on the operator's account will apply. The operator charges a fixed reminder fee of 5 euros for late payment, the reminder will be sent by email. The user ensures receipt of e-mails with a correct e-mail address and checks his spam mailbox independently. 

3.17 Health status
In case of health problems, the operator strongly recommends consulting a doctor before booking the treatment. The use of MingMenAcupuncture® treatments is at your own risk and are intended to serve your health and well-being.

3.18 Saving course documents
For private use, the user can save PDF documents on his computer.

3.19 Responsibility, cloakroom
Cash or valuables must not be left in the cloakroom, but must be brought to the treatment room. MingMenAcupuncture® cannot be held responsible for lost items.

3.20 Severability clause
Should a provision be or become invalid, the legal validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The parties undertake to replace the invalid provision with a valid provision whose purpose comes as close as possible to that of the omitted provision. omitted provision.
